Основная задача создать гармоничный внешний вид и разработать трехмерную модель кузова.

Мы разработали стилевое решение кузова и интерьера на силовую структуру Tesla Model S по образу Mustang 67'.

The search for optimal proportions took into account/included the need for vehicle certification, visibility requirements, and requirements for the location of headlights and lanterns.



The styling solution also took into account the power geometry of the body and the battery of the Model S, the different position of the driver, the entire set of components from the Model S: a sunroof, the design of doors, hood, trunk lid, spoiler integrated into the trunk lid and more...


A special design of wheels and rear-view mirrors has been developed. All surfaces are made according to Class A.

Поиск оптимальных пропорций учитывал/включал необходимость сертификации ТС, требования по обзорности, требования безопасности пешеходов,
требования по расположению фар и фонарей.


Так же в стилевом решении учитывалась силовая геометрия кузова и батарея Model S, иное положение водителя, весь набор компонентов от Model S: люк в крышу, конструкция дверей, капота, крышки багажника, спойлер интегрированный в крышку багажника и многое другое...


Был разработан специальный дизайн колес и зеркал заднего вида. Все поверхности выполнены соответствуют классу А.

The new interior is a classic floating image with modern functionality and ergonomics. We have integrated all the elements of the ModelS interior into the new R67 design while retaining all the features of the Model S interior.


The new design of the dashboard with integrated monitors from ModelS, buttons and backlight, door cards with integrated power window control units, pedal assembly and glove compartment, ceiling panels, luggage space design.

Новый дизайн приборной панели с интегрированными мониторами от Model S, кнопками и подсветкой, дверных карт с интегрированными блоками управления стеклоподъемниками, педальным узлом и перчаточным ящиком, панели потолка, оформление багажного места.


Редизайн сидений и руля Model S с сохранением всех функций.

We took the power structure from a modern car and changed only the body. All mechatronics, electrics, and the power part have not been changed.

The calculated stiffness of the carbon body elements is 15 times higher than the stiffness of the original aluminum structure.

Мы взяли силовую структуру от современного автомобиля и изменили только кузов. Вся мехатроника, электрика, силовая часть не подверглась изменению.

Расчетная жесткость карбоновых элементов кузова в 15 раз превышает жесткость исходной алюминиевой конструкции.
